Nach einigen Jahren als Softwareentwicklung ist mein Schwerpunkt jetzt die Betreuung unserer Datenerfassungssoftware von Vertriebsunterstützung bis Kundendienst. Dazu gehören kleinere Projekte in kleinen Teams für individuelle Kundenanpassungen. Ich habe mir allen Bereichen Kontaktwie unter anderem Unterstützung des Vertriebs, Ausarbeitung und Halten von Präsentationen, Schulungen und Kundensupport. Rund um die Software und Produktentwicklung hatte ich Berührung mit vielen Aspekten neben der reinen Entwicklung wie Anforderungserhebung, User Interface Design, Testen sowie Teamleitung und Projektmanagement auf kleinem Niveau. Mein Schwerpunkt im Bereich BDE / MES Software erfordert zusätzlich Kenntnisse in Computernetzwerken und SQL Datenbanken. Dank meiner sicheren Englisch Kenntnisse kann ich Kontakt mit Partnern und Kunden im Ausland schriftlich und mündlich ohne Probleme führen. Ich schätze an meiner Tätigkeit die Zusammenarbeit mit den vielen verschiedenen Bereichen, Abteilungen und Aufgabengebieten.
