- Received the Harvey C. Russell Award (highest D&I honor within PepsiCo) for outstanding community partnership & leadership at the Joplin DC.- Key leadership in Joplin tornado rebuild overcoming facility damage, clean up of debris and organization of resources immediately after the tornado to ensure that the sales team in the areas not affected had product available (less than 18 hours of down time without missing any deliveries).- Manage 50 Team Members including 6 hourly supervisors & 11 OTR drivers at the Joplin DC.- Led site TASS assessment annually as well as coaching teams to move anchors through DAP’s & CI venues. - Created and implemented a new region-wide onboarding program for new team members.- Co-leader of the Safety Committee that led the Distribution Center to remain injury free over 2 years, 11 months and counting

-Managed and supervised 2nd and 3rd shift associates in the DC. -Lead the daily pre-shift meetings by providing direction and leadership in the areas of work assignment, safety and set goals for the shift.-Co-leader of the Safety Committee that led the Distribution Center to remain accident free over 14 months. -Led the Distribution Center Career Progression Team in developing additional goals to push associates to new levels, increase their knowledge and capability for the organization. -Responsible for achieving a 22% improvement over goal for pallets per hour in 2009.-Key leader in maintaining a union free workforce and being a vital player during union organizing campaign that led to the workforce voting down the union organizing attempt.

Followed up with management staff to ensure the dock processes were productive and efficient. -Followed up daily with contractors to ensure that they service our shared customers up to the expected level while using the proper delivery techniques suggested by FedEx to ensure customer satisfaction. -Rode with contractors to verify proper methods of delivery and customer satisfaction to avoid complaints and ensure safety of the drivers as well as the community they deliver in.
