I am a litigation lawyer with extensive experience in insurance law. The insurance industry is fascinating and it touches on most aspects of commercial and personal activity. Insurance claims raise complex legal issues and there is always the opportunity to learn something new. I have a long history of acting for Australian and International insurers, including the Lloyds market. I have also provided advice to underwriting agencies and brokers.My practice has a strong focus on defending professional indemnity claims and claims against directors. In recent years my practice has also included defending major claims in the construction industry, including multiple claims arising from the use of combustible cladding. My track record includes the the successful resolution of significant professional indemnity and financial lines litigation including several class actions.
