Key Responsibilities and Achievements:•Overall Responsibility for management & strategic development of one of UCD’s largest student societies, with sponsorship of €8,500 secured, record breaking sales of events and total of 1600 registered members in 2014/15, an increase of 45% of 2013/14.•Leadership, development, direction & guidance responsibilities for large personnel with a committee of 18 and an active Ag-Soc crew base of 30-40.•Event manager for over 30 events, including 4 large scale ticketed events held off campus.•Successfully increased notable engagement in the School of Agriculture through Ag-Soc lead initiatives.•Successfully lead a team of 30 people to raising €34,500 for charity, an increase of €20,000 on the previous year.
