Working through TopTemp AS I am contracted to work a role at Bank Norwegian, focused on delivering a seamless and secure digital workplace for everyone on location and remotely working for Bank Norwegian. Considering Bank Norwegian is providing 1.5 million customers in the Nordics, Spain and Germany this is not a light task, however it is enabling me to improve and hone my expertise with Azure, AD, Microsoft 365 and a plethora of other systems.

At Webhelp I worked with customer support and would daily encounter new issues to troubleshoot over the phone. I was constantly challenged in new ways and had to work with a multitude of different personalities to adapt my customer service to their needs; whether it was to help them set up a hardware repair appointment or troubleshoot why obscure software wouldn't work on various devices.My clients were primarily Scandinavian however there were plenty of UK and US nationals that used our service and I got the pleasure of helping them with their inquiries as well.

Learning as much as possible during my stay in Austria working with this company.I went back to Norway to finish my education within computers and electronics. I've learned a lot about how to manage workloads, the way public transport is administrated, and radio technologies.
