I am a highly engaged employee, with a wide range of skills from my employment history. I have the skills to do technical installations and designs, yet maintain the ability to carry on meaningful conversations with customers. This allows me to maintain flexibility within any given role in my career, as I am able to maintain conversation with a wide and diverse group of people given my background in the IT Industry and the military.These skills along with my leadership capabilities, and subset of technical and mechanical skill, I have found that when confronted with a challenge or complication; I can gather the tools, the team, and the knowledge to over come the said challenge in a timely fashion, and typically I am able to do so while keeping the whole team motivated. I follow through completion of the task with a smile on my face and moving in the direction of my next big challenge.
