• Producing cost effective, legible, and accurate Engineering Reports and documentation, based on critical assessment, investigation, and calculation;
• Manage projects and prioritise and plan allocated works to ensure they are completed in a fee-effective and timely manner, to a quality standard that satisfies clients and company’s expectations, in accordance with the.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external sub-consultants to ensure the efficient utilisation of these services and accuracy and timeliness of outputs;
• Preparation of project fee proposals to assist with tendering and quoting;
• Assist with the repeat business and referrals via achieving client satisfaction based on the outputs being of high quality, cost sensitive, and timely;Contour was established in 2005 and specialises in civil.

Caboolture QLD

• Authorise and finalise the engineering assessment of development applications lodged with Council in response to the provisions of the PineRiversPlan, the Caboolture City Plan and the Redcliffe City Plan.
• Responsible for the engineering assessment from seven (7) civil engineers and five (5) technical officers. Provide advice and direction to the development engineering team to assist in the review.
• Manage the Development Engineering Team’s workload, priorities, output and performance. Attend meeting where development engineering representation is required.
• Attend pre-lodgment meetings and provide professional and technical engineering advice to Developers, Engineering Consultants, Councilors, Council Town Planners, and members of the community on development engineering.
• Negotiate with Developers and Consulting Engineers on engineering design and outcomes to ensure that Council’s best interests are represented during the development process.
• Prepare technical engineering reports on development related matters for Councilors consideration at Coordination Meetings.

Maroochydore QLD

• Responsibilities:
• Undertake Contract Management for civil engineering projects in Maroochy Shire, Caloundra Shire and Noosa Shire Councils, including the preparation of contract, preparation of tender documents, assessment of progress.
• Supervise civil contractors development works, and attend Council’s inspections in accordance with Council requirements.
• Designed and inspected structural elements of residential developments.
• Undertook hydraulic and hydrologic modeling of waterways, including the drafting of reports for RPEQ review.
• Undertake preliminary estimates to be included in feasibility studes for developers.

Nambour QLD

• Responsibilities:
• Design civil aspects of residential subdivisions
• Designed and inspected structural elements of industrial buildings.
• Undertook hydraulic and hydrologic studies of waterways using rational method and computer modeling, including the drafting the report for lodgement with Council.
• Estimate costs of development for feasibility studies.
