I’m a calm, business minded finisher with a passion to be hands on and for continuous improvement. I have over the years enjoyed leading and being a key player in organisations with specific challenges such as turnarounds, exits, growth and downsizing. For me the company’s journey and direction are the most important fundaments. This also goes for industries since I’m impatient to learn new business models and organizations. With over 20 years of experience in the finance, audit and accounting field in different industries my background is broad. I have been working close to the CEO and Board of Director’s in my last positions as well as having operational responsibilities. I think my sense of structure and analytical way of taking on new tasks is of good help in the daily work when managing both complex and more straight forward questions. My history as an auditor also ensures that controls are established and managed as well as in compliance with regulations.I have deep experience from the following areas:- Performance management incl.
