With a passion for science and a desire to help people, I am currently pursuing my Master of Biotechnology at Monash University, where I am learning about the latest advances and applications of biotechnology in medicine, health, and industry. I have developed skills in micropipette, centrifugation, and observation, and I am eager to apply them in research and innovation projects that can improve lives and solve problems.Before enrolling in my master's program, I worked as a Front of House Manager at David Master / Chavey, a health services company that provides wellness and fitness solutions to clients. I was responsible for managing the daily operations, customer service, and staff training of the front desk, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. I also gained valuable experience in communication, teamwork, and leadership, as I collaborated with different teams and stakeholders to deliver quality service and support.
