Was responsible for the production planning of two of Carlsberg Sweden’s productionlines, one of them the biggest with around 80 different articles. The work consisted ofdaily problem solving and close collaboration with several parts of the supply chain,such as production, procurement, sales and demand planning. The goal was to optimizethe production flow and ensure supply in regard to stock service level, resourceoptimization, and capital.

Worked during two summers in the production for Carlsberg Swedens biggest production line. I was responsible for three different packaging machines with a capacity of 90 000 cans/h.
