In this role I ensure that the aerospace division achieve and maintain excellence as it relates to quality by driving awareness, execution and accountability. By providing support and continuous assessment of the manufacturing plants, my team and I ensure that within the aerospace plants and division we maintain: organizational capability, continuously improve and provide quality leadership.

Through developing and leading a team of Quality professionals to drive for results; Manage all quality system, product and process audits (AS9100 & NADCAP) to ensure compliance in all processes; assuring that an effective quality system is deployed throughout the plant to minimize non-conforming product; Overseeing managers running cross functional teams to resolve quality issues in support of team objectives including (but not limited to) improving on time delivery, past-due reduction, scrap reduction, etc; Leading the Management Team in review of plant quality metrics and promote the use of disciplined problem solving techniques and corrective action to drive continuous improvement in all areas of the plant; and be a liaison with the manufacturing operations, front end, and assist with customers where required we will develop and maintain a world class quality system.

My team performs all of the Supplier Quality compliance activities for all Cessna sites, coordinating with more than 1500+ suppliers worldwide. Work with IT to develop solutions to improve various business processes, increase efficiency and reduce errors. Managed the source inspection and travel budget for the department.
