I oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, financial reporting, and staff development. I am the change agent implementing new strategies for success, and was instrumental in turning the neglected hotel around increasing prominent visibility. Supervise and managed a 78 bed premium select service hotel, and developed improved strategies that were consistent with hotel objectives. Organized complex projects and improved standards of the hotel and customer satisfaction.
