Reduced incident of thermal events by over 70% in less than 3 years.• Designed, developed, and deployed a world class Digital EHS & Sustainability system across the entire Company's network• Led all safety related programs throughout the organization. This includes: risk assessment, incident prevention and response, operating procedures, training, reporting and governance, and compliance assurance.• Developed robust succession and development plans for global EHSS talent• Coordinated regular global functional excellence communication, training & development events.• Accountable for the design, build and compliance to appropriate ISO management system(s). • Designed, built and monitored compliance tracking to all site permits world-wide. • Drove continuous improvement of safety behaviors and outcomes by delivering methodologies and tools to effectively mitigate identified risks.• Designed and executed injury prevention initiatives to inspire the creation of a world class safety culture and minimize risk.• Coached and guided site personnel during interactions with regulatory bodies and provide guidance in developing written correspondences as needed. • Supported M&A activities as needed in collaboration with the VP of Operations Strategy.

Created results driven team of black belts (BB) and master black belts (MBB) charged with deploying enterprise-wide lean management system with heavy focus on changing the organization's culture. Currently responsible for quality, food safety and continuous improvement/lean six sigma functions for North America Division reporting directly to President. Member of Divisional Senior Executive Management Team and Corporate Global Quality Council, providing strategic direction for the organization. Maintain quality and food safety systems ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Provide executive leadership to Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma program. Responsible for team of 14 associates and 15 indirect reports in US, Canada, and Mexico, supporting 13 plants.
