  Hyperion application trouble shooting resource. Provide support to customers and other team members on the use of application/reporting tools. Perform code updates in a version controlled environment. Monitor performance, and take needed actions if necessary. Work with customers to achieve desired results. Participate in design of applications. Analyze the operations of a department or functional unit with the purpose of developing a general systems solution to the problems that may or may not require automation. Work closely with Business Analysts to evaluate and enhance the design of the existing system. Coordinate and participate in thorough training of less experienced employees in various tasks and procedures as needed. Participate in evaluation of new technologies or solutions to improve service and efficiency of modules. Coordinate and follow through with test plans. Maintain and modify existing corporate applications/reports, and assist with maintenance of business unit specific applications/reports.
