Franchised Bodyshop ManagerI started work for Stoneacre Motor Co in July 2006. My main role was to set up and develop a new Accident Repair Centre. I was tasked with sourcing the productive staff, the equipment and also to procure contracts with Insurance and Accident Management companies. I have enjoyed a great deal of success in this role. Once the Bodyshop was performing in line with the business plan I was tasked to manage the department. I was responsible for the departmental staff, including appraisals and discipline, profit and loss, health and safety, quality and debt recovery.

To organize workflow and motivate productive staff. My role changed as I took more responsibility and finally ended up being responsible for the entire production process. This was a high volume repair centre employing 20 productive technicians repairing in excess of 60 units per week. During my time at Lovells I attended many courses both here and on the continent to enable me to be at the leading edge of my field.
