As a Realty Project Coach at Walmart, I am responsible for leading and executing store improvement projects that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and safety standards. I currently completed, and received my Project Management certificate from Coursera in 2023, to further develop my skills and knowledge in this field.I have years of leadership and manufacturing experience. In these roles, I applied my problem-solving and communication skills to improve the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the production and inventory processes. I also contributed to the training and development of new and existing staff members, and ensured compliance with company policies and procedures.In addition to my professional experience, I have a passion for creative writing and design, and I am working on a personal project of a graphic novel and an animated series in the sci-fi/horror genre. I enjoy creating original characters, stories, and visuals that engage and entertain the audience. I am driven, loyal, and adaptable, and I always strive to be better than I was yesterday.
