I have a very diverse set of responsibilities in my role as executive director at Tsadra Foundation. I set and review strategic goals, work directly with the founder and president to ensure we are keeping focused on our mission and vision, and I am responsible for budgeting and reporting, banking and financial management, hiring and supervising staff, and other administrative duties, such as program management, grant oversight and review, and communications for the Foundation at large. I also enjoy getting to design and host international conferences and online events, along with writing content for our websites, updating and developing content on various digital platforms, and developing collaborations with other organizations and individuals. I am also experienced with basic online streaming, recording, and production for conferences, interviews, and online educational content. I served as the lead organizer for the Translation & Transmission Conference series and have run five successful international conferences and attended many more. Along with this work experience, I come with experience as a writing instructor, academic researcher, and specialist in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy.
