Current• Worked closely with product owners on the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) program to deliver web-based applications/enhancements used by CBP and the Trade• Analyzed and evaluated processes, policies, user needs, and business systems to define requirements and identify opportunities for improvement• Responsible for understanding and translating conceptual customer needs as defined in RFDs into detailed functional and system requirements in a manner that was comprehensible to the technical team• Facilitated working groups with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize collected requirements for various Trade Programs such as Entry Summary, Reconciliation, Antidumping/Countervailing Duties, and Team Management• Developed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders while maintaining design standards • Conducted demos of web-based applications demonstrating functionality to project teams, product owners, and end users so that expectations of user experience were met• Managed and tracked status of requirements, development, test case execution, and defects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure progress and results were being reported• Developed user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria, provided guidance on user functionality, and proactively addressed issues to meet project deadlines• Collaborated with project teams to plan, coordinate and rollout software changes as well as assist in facilitating user acceptance testing to obtain required approval before transitioning projects to production• Communicated scope changes and enhancements of business requirements to technical leads and project teams so that issues and/or gaps were identified and met with proper solutions• Performed quality assurance review of deliverables and business artifacts to ensure product quality and that all business rules, processes, and requirements were clearly captured
