My internship mainly focused on communication, marketing and E-commerce. Including:Editing, copywriting and translations either from Swedish to English or the other way around;Assisting with implementing anchor links, controlling and testing their new webpage while it was in the development-stage, basic coding and SEO throughout their webpage across multiple countries by working in their commerce platform Magento;Administration in Excel, created EDM’s through Mailchimp and wrote articles about Rehband’s ambassadors that got published on multiple platforms.

Working in hospitality for the majority of my adult life has developed my passion for customer service that I obtain today. During my last semester of university I conducted a internship which involved different work procedures that are adapted for different rural and urban areas demographics along with targeting both B2C and B2B marketing. My role focused on both the brand development and product exposures in advertising, sponsorship and event marketing.I got to work and be a part of establishing the campaign for BOQ’s flagship annual fundraising appeal Banking on our Kids (BOOK), which supports the Children’s Hospital Foundation Australia. This was mainly targeted towards B2B that allowed me to establish and maintain relationships with branches and clients across Australia, while conducting analytical research and online engagement with the audience in order to help predict future market trends. I was in charge of content and editing on social media while assisting with product exposure and other marketing activities at the Quicksilver and Roxy Pro in Coolangatta where BOQ was main sponsor.I was also in charge of designing the online platform with the intention to attract participants and sponsorship towards BOOK, which was completed through working closely with the graphic design department.
