In a rapidly transforming world with technology, I ensure our programs are grounded in equitable employment, entrepreneurship, and asset ownership principles, leveraging the best tools and insights available.My entrepreneurship experience, particularly as the founder of QuestCutz Mobile Hair Services was a profound learning curve. Although QuestCutz is no longer in business, it allowed me to create and grow a unique platform that facilitated essential services. The learnings from this venture continue to influence my approach and dedication to innovative solutions.In my current role, I work directly with youth to create programming and provide guidance on everything from education and career pathways to entrepreneurship. My dedication to exploring and harnessing emerging technologies extends beyond my professional life. It defines my belief in the transformative power of innovation and community empowerment.Furthermore, my commitment to social justice has led me to participate actively in board membership and workshops, driving positive change for youth of color.
