With nearly 40 years of coax design experience, I have honed my skills to become successful in OSP design, from mapping, drafting, coax and Wi Fi.I have field mapped over 750 miles of new and existing CATV plant.I have completed well over 3000 miles of coax plant from 300MHz thru 1000MHz, including tree and branch 45 amplifier cascade, Power Doubling, Node +6, Node +2 and Node+0 architecture.I created and implemented the standard for Node only passive design in the Columbia, SC DMA for Time Warner CableI have been trained to use several different CAD programs, Magic, CADDStar and Bentley COMM's V8i. I currently use Micro Station program on a daily basis with the Bentley COMM's V8i product attached. CADDStar uses AutoCAD. I also use AutoCAD Map 2014 in my current job.I created several documentation record keeping in conjunction to the OSP coax design responsibilities, which are used in the South Carolina Division. Excel and Word are used almost daily by the OSP designers.
