It Support Technician
Current- Provides users with Onsite Support which includes password recovery, network trouble shooting and equipment setup.
- Performs maintenance on assigned products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation virus removal and customer call assistance.
- Utilize screen connect and Microsoft remote desktop to remotely connect to users workstations to resolve IT related issues.
- Utilize problem tracking software, Connect Wise to effectively measure, track technology problems for resolutions and documentation.
- Perform Active Directory and Exchange user and group maintenance tasks
- Responsible for configuring and deploying desktop/laptop computers for new employees.
