An introduction to construction via door manufacturing, started on the factory floor before progressing through scheduling and external sales functions before taking various Leadership roles with some of the UK's leading door set manufacturers. The last eight years have been spent in specialist carpentry contracting. The development of relationships with Tier 1 & 2 Principal Contractors and the strategic targeting of major projects, enabled the secure and successful delivery of some of the largest carpentry sub contract packages for some of the most prestigious projects across Wales and the South West Region. The experience of having been involved in these projects-driving the tender process, ensuring product compliance, supporting the design process and project management means that I can add real value to the sub-contract process.
