I work during the NFL season in one of the many retail stores offered by the arena. I am responsible for assisting customers as they walk into the team store. Before every game I have to count and pack up the new apparel or the item of the game. I am also giving fans directions to their sections, bathroom, another team store etc.

My responsibility as an sales associate is to greet customers, answering questions related to shoes. I make sales through engaging with the customers, suggestive selling or just sharing my knowledge of the shoe they are trying to purchase.
