Responsible for enabling our leasing-tech service for client relationships. I assist with advising property owners on their understanding of Ikos products and services, while providing insight on market data, rental trends, and further developing their Ikos user experience through data, research, and education. I help scale process improvements that better leverage existing software and tech resources for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. team members, clients, and customers). On a daily basis, I work with every team in the company, including but not limited to: the rest of the Client Success department, Customer (renter) Success, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering. Based on feedback from clients, market research and internal data, I communicate between teams to improve the client experience and drive company metrics through actionable change. I'm also responsible for facilitating client product engagement, which includes some general process and tech support, and analyzing trends to advise clients on how to minimize vacancy and be better at their business. Our vision for this team is to create harmony between the interests of both our Clients and Customers by providing our Clients with tools to empower and information to educate.
