I have spent the last 4 years working towards being a strength and conditioning coach. Developing my knowledge through personal training. I am now at a point where I’m looking to take on big things, I’m growing exponentially in my business, but I would like to work with athletes both professional and amateur alike. I have all round experience in all areas as I previously had an apprenticeship within the leisure industry. This covered things such as reception work, sales, gym work and lifeguarding. I currently train a wide range of people with disabilities such as autism and deafness. I enjoy Boxing and one day would like to focus all my attention on athletes within that sport alone. But I’m willing and very able to start anywhere that starts my career. I am developing my business MPBoxPerform, and diligently helping everyone I can to be their best person. At this moment in time, I am currently studying for my strength and conditioning coach qualification and British weightlifting course.An assistant role or somewhere where I can be mentored and coached is what I’m looking to do. To learn how to put my knowledge into action. I love the thought of working with athletes, as previously I was one myself. I know the struggles that come with it and the fulfilment of improvement. Nothing compares to helping someone fulfil their potential and realise their personal greatness.
