Well hello there! Thanks for visiting my page.I was born and raised in Orange County, California. I always knew at a young age I wanted to be in a professional capacity to help people somehow. In my progression over the course of my professional career, I have honed in on what that looks like to me.Starting out at Nordstrom in my professional work career was detrimental. I learned a great deal in my customer service and attention to detail skills. Long after that, I went into the finance realm of equipment leasing and working capital. That space taught me so much in regard to what it takes to deliver an ROI to a business. Whether it was an excavator's need to finish a construction project to a full commercial kitchen setup for a growing restaurant. The nickel and dimes had to make sense to the business owner. I got introduced to the staffing industry and FELL IN LOVE! What I do every day:Clients/Companies - I work with any type of company. I do mainly contingent searches unless the role is very difficult then I go the route of retained. If you are looking for a contract basis we can do that as well. How I work: I first jump on the phone call with you to truly understand why the role is open and make sure you truly need to utilize an outside vendor like myself. If we both deem you need help I give you a play-by-play of what the process looks like until the role is filled. I am able to crystalball the entire process for you and tell you what will happen in various scenarios. If I deem the role unfillable due to compensation, location, requirements, etc., we will have a conversation about it. My goal here is to fill your open role. Plain and simple. I hope you see with my work I don't do transactions, I build relationships.Candidates - I talk to you about roles that make sense in your career. We talk often and a lot during the interview process with the company I have sent you to. I go over compensation with you, requirements, overall fit for the role, interview feedback, your job search, and pretty much everything. All I ask is that you are open and honest with me.
