"I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed working with Marcus. He made the entire process simple, answered all our questions, and had an encouraging personality. Even though he works with home loans on a regular basis, he doesn't forget what a big deal this is to the individuals that he works with. In fact, when we ran into one issue with a car loan verification he went above and beyond so that we could still close last Friday. My mom has cancer and lives out of town. This weekend was her good weekend in her chemo cycles and she was really looking forward to seeing our new house. Marcus helped us do that! And she loved the home! It meant so much to me that she could come and see it (once she takes her next treatment mid-week this week she will be too ill to travel for a few weeks). Anyways, there is always a bit of stress when buying a house, but Marcus and our realtor helped our process to go so smoothly and with as little stress as possible. He has great communication and was always quick to respond to our questions. I just can't say enough great things about him! While we personally hope not to need another home loan for a LONG time, we will make sure to let any of our friends who are looking to move know about our great experience with Hills and with Marcus."
