Team Manager - Day to day running of a team of 15-20 FTTP Engineers in the London region carrying out installations across the OpenReach contract. This includes fleet management, complaint resolution, HR administration for staff on site administering disciplinary procedures, absence and holiday monitoring, coaching, training and auditing to ensure Health and Safety is paramount, whilst working to contractual KPI's and quality standards.

Line manager for up to 150 drivers at Walthamstow Ocado Spoke - this includes allocating shifts, managing staff surplus or sickness and absences.- Fleet management for over 60 vans - ensuring that all services are up to date and carried out, maintaining the safe condition of all vans, and correct numbers are available at any one time. Coordinating repairs and emergency response whilst out on the road.- Site management involving numerous contractors - Ensuring all work is carried out safely on site with Safe systems of work,insurance, and risk assessments by contractors.- HR administration for staff on site - administering disciplinary procedures, absence and holiday monitoring, and hiring new members of staff.- Staff management on site - ensuring that all practices on site are following risk assessments and safe systems of work,ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.- Food Tech responsibility’s - adhering to legal and company guidelines for the safe handling of foods, monitoring temperatures at set critical control points, and carrying out due diligence to keep an eye on practices on site.- Planning and organizing drivers whilst out on route. - allocating shifts and routes to drivers, managing logistical issues throughout the day, being a first point of contact for drivers who have issues.
