I am a 2nd generation real estate agent and an attorney with extensive real estate, subdivision and land development experience. I live and work in Philadelphia, where I also volunteer in service to the community.My real estate career began managing properties in New York City and abroad. I am licensed in Pennsylvania as a Sales Associate and as an attorney. Program Director, attorney and advocate for a comprehensive housing services agency in Philadelphia. Responsible for advancing agency public policy initiatives by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicating proposals to representatives at the federal, state and local levels. Duties also include interpreting legislative and regulatory developments in order to determine appropriate strategic responses, providing fair housing outreach and education to community partners and supervising all human resources and employee benefits.• Negotiate and draft contracts in order to achieve agency objectives; • In charge of major events, including event coordination, executive invitations, and partnering with other organizations’ fundraising drives for select events.
