• Duties and responsibilities include being a liaison between the sales, design, and production teams. Ensuring accurate communication regarding styles being manufactured.• Assistant of our Walmart Sr. Account Executive• Responsible for shipment of all samples to Walmart each season.• Oversight, maintenance, and organization of all corresponding details for each product and variation of each Walmart style.• Responsible for creating and updating Excel spreadsheet with all Walmart styles for the season with accurate costing, fabrications and status of the samples.• Responsible for creating Bill Of Materials for all Walmart Orders as well as Tech Packs • Responsible for creating Quote IS’s for each Walmart style.• Providing ideas for growth and improvement to the Design Team on an ongoing basis.• Occasionally creating CADS / Updating Costing and Color way’s of CADS.• Providing team support daily for other duties as needed such as.

• Assisted the Head Designer with sample development and refinement.• Created Tech Packs and CAD designs for garment production.• Organized and updated line sheets to track product offerings.• Attended fittings with the Head Designer to ensure garment quality and fit.• Collaborated with pattern and production teams to ensure accurate manufacturing processes
