• Conduct intakes of individuals entering the center for services• Conduct Community and Homeless Outreach• Performed BDATS for Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services Coordinated Access System• Assist clients with resume building finding employment• Assist with Job searching and placement• Asist clients with self-sufficiency matrix and budgeting• Assist with Goal Planning• Negotiate Rents with Landlords and Property Managers• Monitor Workforce Development Plans• Assist clients accessing healthcare and mainstream benefits• Supervise Intern team of 3 and 1 case manager• Maintain agency reporting• Perform, monthly and quarterly outcome reports

• Conduct follow up intake interviews of new families accepted into Shelter Diversion Program• Assist clients with locating permanent supportive housing and retaining housing • Assist clients with finding employment and budgeting• Conduct Community and Homeless Outreach• Negotiate Rents with Landlords and Property Managers• Conduct Property Searches and Program Inspections• Assist clients with job matching and referrals • Assist clients with tools needed to become self sufficient• Assist with Resume Building and Interview techniques• Linked Clients to services needed to become self sufficient• Performs job readiness planning with clients• Monitor and assess clients Workforce Development progress• Work with landlords to find properties that families will eventually transition into • Performs tenant rent calculations

• Conduct annual and interim recertification of client household size and income• Negotiate Rents and Leases with landlords• Plan and Oversee tenant – landlord lease signings• Assist clients with subsidized housing relocations• Assist with Goal Planning• Schedule HQS Inspections• Rent Calculations• Work closely with clients and case managers to provide the most effective housing assistance• Performs Eligibility duties according to HUD regulations• Performs tenant rent calculations
