His further experience includes advising and managing private equity programs for institutional investor clients globally when at Altius Associates, managing the private equity program at the Virginia Retirement System, and active involvement in individual debt and equity transactions at Bankers Trust Company.He has been at the forefront of new private markets investment models as reflected in The Next Generation Private Equity Investor, a paper co-authored with Josh Lerner of Harvard University and Hugh MacArthur of Bain and Company.He is Chairperson Emeritus of the Institutional Investors Roundtable, an international community of large, long-term institutional investors seeking to collaborate on private market investments.He teaches and mentors future industry leaders. He teaches (in conjunction with Mana Yoga Retreats) a peak performance program that develops and evolves professionals for higher performance and for happier and more congruent lives.
