I was responsible for a multifaceted Super Store operation, including managing receiving and logistics processes, Grocery, Hardlines, Soft-lines retail merchandise flow and replenishment, transitions, and inventory management. Apart from overseeing team members to ensure excellent service to the customers and vendors, I orchestrated logistics and replenishing processes and contributed to productivity and strategic planning in a labor-intensive environment.
