Business Manager for Institutional Securities - Fixed Income Technology groups responsible for analyzing the total Technology bill, program level budgeting and resource planning.

Designed an end-to-end monthly forecasting process for Infrastructure Finance to communicate to the business units a more predictable and defensible bill for more than €10B in annual expense.Oversaw software capitalization policies, ensured adequate documentation, and approved more than 1,500 technology change-the-bank (CTB) projects.

Delivered financial forecasting and reporting on $50M of annual development spend and resource strategy for more than 200 global resources to ensure that all financial and headcount targets were achieved. Developed enhanced reporting to improve the management of application development capital by tracking system service variability, identifying cost drivers and calculating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for systems responsible for managing market, credit and operational risk.

Delivered financial analysis for over €300M technology spend to Equities business COO; help Equities business align technology expense to products and revenue. Drove overall Business Management strategy as a selected member of the Application Services and Business Solutions Committee focused on financial reporting, budgeting and business unit forecast modeling which led to consistency in financial metrics and decision making across all of Capital Markets Technology.

Established the framework and built a Business Management function in Capital Markets Technology Platform Services to manage budgeting, procurement and reporting within an annual expense base of €60M and 150 people.

Designed and built an Activity Based Costing (ABC) system to identify operational expense by task and compute cost per trade and cost per fund report; system tracked 4.8M unique transactions and 165M Euro in expense per year; results reported to COO teams for increased transparency and led to immediate cost savings to clients by eliminating unnecessary processes. Trained and implemented a team of four people in Mumbai and Jaipur, India to operate and support the ABC system; including 2 weeks of onsite training in India.

Selected for a management training program which included rotations in New York, NY and Tampa, FL. The program focused on building leadership skills through training courses and knowledge of overall bank operations and technology.
