• Directs the oversight and development of the Clinical Department including hiring, supervision, and evaluation. Regularly reviews and recommends changes and program services to meet client needs. With the VP, Clinical.

• Supervises and works directly with staff to develop and monitor clinical quality assurance procedures to ensure a scientific basis is used in determining which clinical activities to implement and continue.
• May serve as one of the spokespersons for clinical care at RCA and represent us at organizations and associations as appropriate
• Trouble-shoot clinically-related problems and roll out clinical initiatives that will improve clinical quality to programs in the field.

• Develop an annual plan of work for CHC to be approved by the Board of Directors. Plan operational goals, implementation actives, performance measures, and a supporting budget. Provide clear, concise reports to the.
• Ensure that the financial affairs of CHC are conducted in accordance with policies and guidelines established by the Board and generally accepted accounting principles.

• Plan, develop and supervises programs and evaluate program improvements and recommend polices to the board
• Ensure confidentiality, and maintain that all records are kept properly and in a secure location, and that documents related to this project are prepared and processed appropriately, consistent with stated deadlines.
• Review and assess program compliance with multiple contractual agreements. Monitor compliance with all District fire, safety and health regulations in concert with senior management staff.
