I am a former NCAA (University of Alabama), NFL (Tennessee Titans) & CFL (Hamilton Tiger-Cats) football athlete. I am certified through the American Council on Education (ACE), a TRX Qualified instructor and CPR/AED certified. Strength and conditioning is my training style. I teach and train my clients safety, proper technique and how to workout to reach there goals in a fun and challenging environment. And last but not least, we condition our entire core which is the most exciting part of our training.
