I became CEO at the age of 23, with no management experience. What ultimately made us successful as a family business has always been our grit.In the early days, my brother and I had to find our way around the company in record time, build up professional expertise and, most importantly, show our employees that we were capable of continuing the company into the next generation. In terms of implementation, this meant many nights without sleep, a heap of doubts, yet time and time again the successes with our team kept us fighting on. In my opinion, this is exactly the essence of the German Mittelstand: we are entrepreneurs who are not above doing anything, who have built up a trusting relationship with their employees and who are committed every day to the long-term success of their own company. At elasto, we accomplish this through constant innovation, team spirit and being down-to-earth in our work with each other and with our customers. This is ultimately reflected in our diverse product range, which is characterized by high quality products, partly even 'Made in Germany'.You want to know how you can impress your customers with our products?
