With more than fifteen years of leadership experience as an Air Force operations officer within the demanding, high-stakes nuclear enterprise, I have led numerous executive level programs and projects through continuous process improvement transformations.  My background includes identifying and analyzing operational practices which helped guide the Air Force through such Lean Transformations as the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Continuous Improvement Program (ICBM-CIP), Air Expeditionary Force reorganization (AEF-Next), and the Air Force Inspector General’s Office decentralized restructuring. I am also an accomplished communicator with hundreds of hours delivering persuasive presentations and comprehensive reports to both key stakeholders and executive leadership.
