I am a Private/Public Hire & Fleet Insurance specialist with nearly 20 years experience in the industry. I have the IF1 CII (The Chartered Insurance Institute qualification) qualification and am studying towards the rest of the qualifications required to become CII accredited.In my current role, I provide solutions and risk management for both individual drivers and fleet operators. I deal with the larger policies we hold, as well as trying to obtain new agencies with insurers. I look after the following services; Private and Public Hire Insurance, Motor Insurance and Special/One-off risks and Vehicle Rentals Insurance.My main challenge is making sure all our large/senior clients receive an efficient and high-quality service. I also attend meetings and conferences to help ensure the continued growth and development of our business - another key target.
