The Assistant Director (AD) is the main contact person for international students seeking to enroll at Campbellsville University. The AD supervises international student-related matters throughout the student’s duration of status. The AD is responsible for advising students and scholars on visa and immigration matters in accordance with established policies and procedures. The AD will report to the Director, Center for International Education. The AD will be expected to provide high quality services to the international student population befitting the Christian mission of the university. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The AD will be the primary recruiter for international students at Campbellsville University and work to successfully employ strategies, based on goals set in conjunction with the Director, to enroll international students in ESL, undergraduate and graduate programs.The AD will work with the Director to develop, implement and sustain an international enrollment management plan for Campbellsville University. The AD will utilize established working relationships with global affiliates as well as current and future best practices in marketing and recruitment (i.e. direct calling, electronic mailings, internet campaigns/webpage maintenance, social media presence and targeted international travel) to deliver the plans objectives.The AD will regularly create and update monthly reports for the Director and monitor national enrollment trends for the purpose of future international enrollment. The AD will work closely with the Director to ensure compliance with federal regulations and related matters as it pertains to international students and scholars on visas during their legal stay in the United States. The AD will serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) in SEVIS for Campbellsville University.
