Compost Power's goal is to rehabilitate compost sites around New York City. As a crew member, I operate from five composting sites in partnership with Green City Force - aerating compost windrows and 3-Bin systems.

As an Alumni of Green City Force, I am one of many that makes Green City force shine as a symbol of Service, Training and Academics, Sustainability, and Justice. As a potential Youth Advocate - and former foster care youth of Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York, I am building a connection with the Planning Youth for Adulthood (PYA).

As an Urban Farm Corps member serving nationally with Americorps, I was tasked with building and maintaining farms around NYCHA developments. Serving with Cohort 14, I was in Seva - Green City Force's Food Production and Compost team. I helped with the production of Forest Houses' farm in 2017, volunteered at Red Hook Community farm every week with the NYC.

Greater New York City Area

As a Courier for Uber, I was responsible for accepting orders via smartphone, and delivering parcels and food by bicycle in a safe and timely manner.

As Logistics Associate, I was responsible for the distribution of hydroponically grown produce in Brooklyn, NY. I delivered to the many clients Square Roots has throughout New York City by a front end pedal assisted loading trike - in a safe and timely manner.

As a busser and server at Lindenwood Diner, I monitored and maintained cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned stations and service areas, collaborated with waiters in providing food and beverage service to guests in a prompt and professional manner, maintained flexibilty by assuming other roles within the company such as dishwasher or server.
