Working as an independent financial reporting specialist. Experiences e.g. include supporting clients with:- IFRS conversions, e.g. in preparation for an upcoming IPO- Analyzing the accounting effects of company mergers, acquisitions and divestments (M&A), including preparation of pro forma accounting- Interpreting new accounting issues, either as a result of external events (e.g. new rules or interprations) or due to new business models, contracts, etc., both within IFRS and Swedish GAAP- Providing training sessions or workshops for finance department to develop the in-house expertise within accounting

Working as a financial reporting specialist with experiences including e.g.:- IFRS conversions,- Transaction accounting including preparation of pro forma accounting,- Supporting clients in the application of Swedish GAAP (K3)- Financial reporting and accounting advice on complex accounting issues and transactions - Extensive experience of supporting clients implement IFRS 16 Leases- Significant experience from supporting clients with the implementation of IFRS 15 Revenue from contracts with customers- Advice on technical accounting matters in connection with business combinations from the perspective of the acquirer and the selling shareholders - Developed and performed trainings and workshops within IFRS
