During my time at NYU, I competed on the varsity track & field team as a team captain while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.85, and a major GPA of 3.95. Upon graduation I received the University Scholars Honors, Latin Cum Laude Honors, The Founders Day Award, ranked in the top 15% of the NYU 2023 graduating class, ranked in the top 5% of my program, and Dean's List every semester without failure. Furthermore, I have internship experiences with Project Destined where I served as a Team Captain Intern and Program Manager. As an intern with PD, I learned the fundamentals of real estate valuation, market analysis, financial modeling, and obtained exposure to leading professionals in the industry. After my time with Project Destined, I transitioned into my next internship with JLL in the Capital Markets department in NYC. I served on the investment sales and debt team and was exposed to a multitude of asset classes in a unique real estate and interest rate environment. I now work for KSR under their Asset Management division focused on commercial real estate in NYC.
