After transitioning from an interim role in finance, I assumed the position of Pre-Owned Sales Manager at Bridge Toyota. Through strategic initiatives, I swiftly increased gross profit, reduced floor plan costs, and optimized our inventory to align with the demographic. Over the course of my tenure, I tripled the sales volume, transforming the department from underperforming to the best-performing used car department in the NT. This achievement was made possible by building a cohesive team, making necessary role adjustments, and fostering a positive work culture. One of the standout moments was witnessing a trainee business manager become one of the highest achievers in the QLD/NT region within just three months, revitalizing profitability that hadn’t been seen in over two years. Although my time at Bridge Toyota was brief due to personal reasons prompting my return to WA, I am proud of the impactful changes implemented during my tenure.

I was drawn to Easy Auto 123 Sales by its dynamic environment, boasting over 400 cars in stock. Working in a fast-paced setting alongside a large team, we consistently achieved and surpassed monthly goals. My responsibilities included both purchasing and selling over 40 vehicles per month

After a successful stint back in new cars I decided to further my experience in the used car field, working closely with the used car manager to learn and develop further. Our dealership became a top performer in the area across sales, aftercare and finance.

When Clarkson Nissan faced challenges with sales, customer service, and overall performance, I was brought back to assist my original hiring manager in steering the dealership back on track. Within two months, through collaborative efforts, we successfully restored the dealership’s performance to its former levels. This experience provided a valuable learning curve and enhanced my expertise in dealership management.

Transitioning back into a sales role at the larger Northside Nissan allowed me to expand my expertise, working both pre-owned and new car sales. Swiftly adapting to the new position, I consistently delivered results while deepening my knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.

My strong work ethic and dedication led to my promotion to New Car Sales Manager at Clarkson Nissan just before my 19th birthday, making me one of the youngest managers in the group. I led a small team focused on both retail and fleet sales, consistently achieving positive monthly results.
