Working in the Information Technology business unit at the City I have been involved in a number of high-profile business and system improvement initiatives. Key projects include the following:Dynamics CRM Project:Delivered Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the Customer Service business unit using Agile methodology (DSDM). My roles were both Business Analyst and Team Leader (Scrum Master), managing requirements and leading the team in the development of the evolving solution.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP Business Case Project):As the lead Business Analyst for the City I embedded with an external consultancy to analyse the core business activities in the City’s value chain, to determine if a valid business case existed for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning transformation programme.Core Systems Review and IT Strategy Project:As lead Business Analyst for the City I undertook a review of the core enterprise systems including Finance, Asset Management and Customer systems, using the TOGAF framework to determine whether they met the current and future business requirements. The results fed into a strategy stream which focused on value drivers and capability assessments to understand business transformation readiness.

In my role as a Senior Business Analyst working within the Training team at this ASX listed civil and mining organisation, I was responsible for the management of a team, with the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of the company’s training/HR systems, data and business processes.

My role for this FTSE 100 organisation involved working with instantly recognisable global brands such as Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Bundaberg and Guinness to support critical Legal systems and undertake project-based system implementations.

Working in the Global Service Delivery team deploying new information technology systems and infrastructure throughout the Great Britain region of the business, including successful projects delivering wireless broadband and Windows Vista.
