Produced a highly visual E-Learning layout that allowed users to follow a clear pathway according to their persona (role), go-to-market strategy (region) and segment (account business type); leading to the specific training modules he had created as ‘required learning’ for each role. His success with this project led directly to him being tasked with the re-design of the Sales & Marketing Global web page and the production of numerous B2B marketing presentationsThroughout 2015 and 2016: designed and created a curriculum of learning & development solutions that would allow Cisco trainees to access learning material remotely via WebEx (Webinar software). The material needed to be scalable for delivery to a large and global audience; easy to locate, effective for the enablement of all learning styles and comprehensive yet simple to understand. In response to this challenge he developed a set of ‘Learning Pathways’ for users to follow that would provide short, modular content in a range of formats that were designed to be highly interactive rather than the more common ‘informational’ approach. These step-by-step modules were adopted as the global standard for high, medium and low touch learning content for a number of key company projects.From 2012 -2015: Worked closely with project managers and teams to establish effective sales force Instructor-Led training and E-Learning packages for several Partner and Customer-facing projects.
