- Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations- Assisting maintenance with overseeing contractors and special projects- Assisting with waste management, arranging documentation of loads (including Photos, Excel spread sheet.), arranging load quantity, - Assisting lab with sampling of products - Preparing samples to be shipped properly to customers.- Assisting/backup for scheduler/planner (with batch¬-ticketing)- Ordering lab supplies - Assisting/Backup for CSR- Oversite of Certification/Maintenance/upkeep of the portable scales.- Oversite of the safety committee- Arranging Disposal of empty Drums, Totes.- Assist in overall operations in every department by bringing ideas on ways to streamline the process.- Implementing operational policies and procedures- Implementing and overseeing security operations- Ensuring safety of staff and effective and safe use of warehouse equipment- Motivating and disciplining staff- Maintaining Documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities- Creates bills of lading and shipment packets for finished goods- Oversee unloading and Loading of bulk tanker trucks

-Unload/Load Tankers trucks, flatbeds, dry vans, Etc.-Daily use Chempak-Forklift certified-Certified Forklift instructor-DOT certified-Daily forklift inspections-Receiving Raw/Finish Goods Material in to system.-knowledge of environmental waste-general knowledge of logistics and transportation-IDMG (international dangerous maritime goods) certified-Bulk experience -Plant production experience

Operate digital and mechanical scales, meters, pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, air, etc.), filters (SWECO,FSI, sparkler, etc.), homogenizer, heat exchangers, hoists, hose connections, and transfer stations as needed.Operate forklifts to safely move material; holds current certificationOperate the control systems, including opening and closing valves, inputting weight information, and completingtransfers.Monitor multiple reaction processes or one distillation process unsupervised.Monitor critical information such as temperature, pressure, feed rate, weight, vacuum, and agitation speed and adjust torequired values.Know process system capabilities and limitations (pressure, temperature, volume, etc.)Follow procedures and detailed information in the Batch Operating Guide such as instructions, name of the product,quantity, reactor, tank, raw materials, equipment used in process, filter and sampling methods, safety instructions, andprocessing checks. Immediately notify the supervisor of any problems.Record information in the Batch Operating Guide such as adjustment amounts, transfers, lot recap, pounds used, timestarted and finished, lot numbers, comments about special circumstances, and losses or gains.Know raw material incompatibilities to avoid contamination (e.g., styrene and vinyl acetate)Convert volume measurements (e.g., feet, inches, gallons) to mass (pounds) by adjusting for specific gravity and vesselshape.Transfers product and raw materials through proper lines by identifying the correct lines and completing hookups.

-Operate Industrial Frontend Loader.-Operate Company truck-Unload/Load Flatbeds With Drill Pipe.-Clean the DogHouse.-Weigh drilling mud.- Clean Rig Floor.-Mix chemicals-Trip drill pipe in hole.
