With the graduation of my second venture through college at SNHU I moved onto a technical job at Comelec. The job duties I have had and skills I have acquired from the job include:• Function as Front line and mid-level user assistance using step-by-step processes - Both on inbound and outbound phone calls• Maintain a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol server. • Load Balance Cambium Access points to improve overall performance of the network.• Participate in “on-call” rotation and provide after-hours support to manage or troubleshoot customer needs.• Review, update, and close support tickets through the INSQ ticket system.• Problem-Solving Skills oriented around technical issues

With a move into a new city I took up a job working in TOMY's warehouse and continued my studies and eventually went to school full time while maintaining my full time job here.
