Maintained senior level contact with agency creatives, account management and client services staff to ensure all client objectives from a production standpoint were being executed effectively and efficiently. Coordinated the work of various teams within agency to produce radio, television and other A/V components.Oversaw all relationships between in-house departments and outside vendors, supervised traffic and helped ensure efficient, timely, cost-effective productions.Vetted and acquired relationships with leading production vendors, post facilities, talent agencies and casting facilities. Prepared and managed all budgets and contracts dealing with talent fees, music liscensing and stock footage/photo rights.

I along with my fellow Copy Writer and Creative Director, oversaw the development and execution of all visual elements for print and TV campaigns. Worked directly with the Senior Account staff and Executive Creative team at the agency along with senior marketing team on client side.
